After extensive training with a company called Grasam Waterproofing, who at that stage was a left over of Murray & Roberts Roofing division, our specialties at that stage – and now – are waterproofing and roofing specialists. Since then we have incorporated and undertaken minor building works, e.g. granny cottages, home extensions, double garages which also included bathroom and kitchen renovations.The reason for the diversity is that roofing and waterproofing are mostly practiced during rainy season and during the winter months – sees us taking on painting / renovations and have since qualified in partitioning which can be verified by our Supplier Capco.We have earned the certification from Shaves after almost 23 years of their support.On the waterproofing side – our certification comes from both ABE Construction and Pekay Chemicals where all our materials including epoxies, silicones etc.are purchased. We rely fully on their expertise and often call on their officials to do site inspections for us.Since the new legislation, regarding the usage and disposal of asbestos that has come into effect, we have had to obtain the necessary certification in order to safely and successfully work, remove and dispose of asbestos – as set out by the by laws.
