Procella Design LLC (Procella) is a licensed landscape architecture and engineering firm founded on the belief that constructed spaces and the process by which they are designed, built, and programmed can inspire and empower users to be more active in their lives and communities. By integrating landscape architecture and engineering practices, Procella combines the strengths of both professions to create outdoor spaces that seamlessly respond to the needs and opportunities presented by the clients. Procella is named for the Latin translation of "storm". Inspired by the intense nature of the afternoon thunderstorms and seasonal hurricanes in Southeast Louisiana, as well as the cultural interconnectedness we have with them here, Procella seeks to reshape the way we experience storm events and urban water systems. Devoted to the belief that resiliency requires collective commitments and contributions, Procella collaborates with a variety of design disciplines to empower all stakeholders.
