Procliviti is a Digital Leadership Agency. Technology is our strength. People is our passion. Our objective is to help individuals and companies understand the value of technology, and to enable them to take positions of leadership in their communities, environments, and sectors. Since 1999 we have been adding value to young adults, entrepreneurs, international corporations, and not-for-profit organisations in South Africa and internationally. Constant evolution and reimagining is both very exciting and very challenging for us. What excites us most is the impact we're able to make on individuals as well as large groups, and we look forward to doing that for many years to come.As Seth Godin says: "…now we're in this new model of leadership – where the way we make change is not by using money or power to lever a system, but by leading."We have adopted the late Dr Stephen R Covey's 29-year bestselling book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People as our company's constitution. We believe in principle-based leadership, and we believe that leaders today are obligated to understand and use current online technologies. Technology is our strength, and we're passionate about it, but we see it as only a tool, not as an end. We see people as a greater end, and helping them find happiness, purpose, and their own unique leadership strengths.
