Procurement and Claim Resolution Consultants Pty Ltd (PCRC) is a consultancy service developed after more than 15 years working in and managing Procurement teams for Projects with a Total Installed Cost (TIC) ranging from USD 150,000.00 to USD 4.2 billion in the Engineering, Construction, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Mining sectors.During this time, Bradley Gibson, the Director of PCRC, was at the frontline of all levels of the supply chain and any resultant claim and/or back-charges against both the managing Contractor and the Suppliers or Distributors.With experience working in large supplier organisations, owner's teams and having worked in excess of 15 years for one of the largest global Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) companies in the world, the team at PCRC have extensive knowledge of how the EPCM, and more importantly, the owner operate.Most suppliers are not considered at the first point of review to win valuable opportunities through their interpretation of what is required and how to prepare and submit the tender.Furthermore, should the supplier be successful in obtaining the Purchase Order or Contract, the lack of knowledge in the Terms and Conditions they agreed to, administering, change management and the handling of claims and back-charges can cost them a significant amount of time and money.While PCRC's main level of expertise is within the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Mining industries, the principals and strategies provided by PCRC apply across all industries and in some cases, PCRC can assist in resolving domestic matters before legal action is taken.At PCRC our goal is to provide our clients with the tools and knowledge to best position them to operate in a more effective, efficient and streamlined manner.This will result in an increased success rate, new customers and more importantly, the saving of unnecessary lost revenue.
