ProDev specialises in Construction Project Management on all kinds of developments.We provide pre-contract, contract and post-contract services to clients, design professionals and other bodies; from project inception through construction to post-contract finalisation.We also conduct forensic construction cost auditing.With our collective technical ability, we are able to advise on all aspects of building and civil engineering projects, whether Traditional or Design & Construct. Between us our team has over 75 years of experience covering a wide spectrum of construction projects ranging in value from <$1 million to multi-million dollar projects.Planning and critical path analysis [CPA] is undertaken with Phoenix high-end construction project planning software (as used on US government projects) to create a master control programme with highlighted critical activities. Having identified the critical activities and any potential bottlenecks we ensure that design and construction efforts are channelled where it matters - thus ensuring that the earliest possible completion date is achieved. The programme is continuously updated as the project progresses, so that the Client is kept aware of progress and the expectedcompletion date at all times.Phased programmes address the design, procurement and construction of the various elements and disciplines, each working as a sub-project within the overall master network. The Master Programme holds sufficient detail to show all main elements – sub-consultants and sub-contracts. Each sub-project shows key interfaces with other sub-projects and plays an integral part in managing the progress of the project by providing each member of the team with only the information that they require, when they require it; thus eliminating information overload and providing focus.At anytime we can run a ‘what if' analysis, to compare different strategies or work methods and thus chose the optimum solution.
