Prodigy Networx was born out of customer service. Mike Lewis decided that he would take his years of working and teaching Information Technology directly to the customer with the long term goal of providing the very best in customer service, so that the customer would view Prodigy Networx as a consulting partner, and not just an IT provider. This has proven to be a successful business model and has created a very tight knit group of customers that have allowed the business to grow by referral and word of mouth. After 6 successful years of growing the business and providing great service to our customers by doing everything from successful small projects to completely managing all of our customers IT infrastructure, including helpdesk, application rollout, hardware maintenance, and consulting services. Although Mike is still doing some hands on support, he wants to grow the business by showing others how to handle customers. We do this by making sure that we don't speak IT techno babble to our customers, that we make sure we are meeting and exceeding our customer's expectations, and providing the consulting our customers are looking for to find ways to improve their business, and save money.We have expertise in all things related to Information Technology. This includes Voice over IP VOIP telephone services and switches, networking from basic cabling to very complex networking protocols, content management and filtering, email servers, file servers, directory services, application problem solving (not finger pointing), computer hardware management, and just about everything else that you can think of.
