Stress is often an overwhelming presence in our lives, and research is showing that it is a contributor to many serious health problems and relationship challenges, and an obstacle to feeling fulfilled and happy. We can clean up our diet, look for better health choices, find a way to bring exercise into our lives, but if we are not mindful of the stress, it is still an uphill battle to stay healthy, happy, and productive.Many mothers are very stressed trying to juggle baby care, family, household tasks, and struggling to fit in their personal projects, time for themselves and time with their partner. They sacrifice their sleep and health to fit more into their day.
