The Professional Development Institute (PDI) at University of Cincinnati, Raymond Walters College, provides training and development services that improve performance and boost workplace productivity. PDI is also partnered with the Region 5 Workforce Collaborative (R5WC), a group of adult education providers across four counties, to build innovative programs for business. PDI provides quality training programs and consulting services in a variety of business areas including leadership, management, customer service, LEAN Mastery, Six Sigma, team building, and current workplace issues such as business communications, generational differences, and diversity.
