Located in Encino, California, our friendly staff offers personalized assistance in coordinating every step of the exam process. All exams are ordered, assigned, and processed through one office. P.H.E continually strives to provide insurance companies and their agents the most reliable and responsive service available in the field of medical examinations. Our ultimate goal is to personalize and tailor our services to meet the needs of the agent, agency, applicant, and insurance underwriter. With a team of highly qualified medical professionals, we have the ability to service your medical examination needs in a timely and efficient manner. It is our goal to schedule your client's exam within 24 hrs. Contracting with Portamedic Direct gives us the approval to do testing for all insurance companies. We gather essential medical & physical health information via specimen collections and by completing a medical history questionnaire. Our national team of medically trained and board certified professionals include, MDs, licensed Phlebotomists, Laboratory Technicians, RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants who collect these specimens at the applicant's home or work place. The specimens are then sent overnight to certified laboratories selected by the insurance company.
