A growing number of organizations are in a transition, in which they are moving from existing processes to a more Agile way of working. It is precisely in this hybrid phase that there is a need for a pragmatic translation into a way of working, that is appropriate for the organization. It is in this playing field where I can offer clear added value with my experience. Due to my background, I am widely deployable in various roles related to Agile project management (Project manager, SCRUM master, Agile coach). I have an Agile mindset without taking this as gospel; always looking for added value, and how to achieve it as efficiently as possible.I enjoy investing time to build good relationships with team members and stakeholders. I am trained and experienced in adapting the way of communicating to the conversation partner. Also I am an experienced speaker, both in Dutch and English. Used to communicating with a wide audience, such as MT members, architects, engineers, suppliers, and end-users.
