Progressive Arts Alliance (PAA) offers students a path to self-expression and unique ways of learning through arts integration and project-based learning. We design and implement residencies in schools throughout Greater Cleveland.PAA has developed a niche using the arts to teach STEM concepts. We know artists are seekers, risk takers, question askers and problem solvers. We want students to embrace these qualities and find them in their own lives, especially as they explore project-based learning in today's classrooms.We connect teachers to new methods, artists to community, and students to deeper learning experiences by providing creative platforms that integrate art into all subject areas. We enrich the learning process by using the arts to explore topics across the curriculum, inspiring students to build self esteem and increase academic achievement.PAA also provides arts programs after school and during the summer at libraries and community organizations throughout Northeast Ohio. Our out-of-school time programs can also be designed with one of our arts-integrated program themes, including Hip–Hop, STEM to STEAM, and Social and Emotional Learning.PAA introduces a wide range of art forms, from sculpture and mixed media to contemporary dance and photography. We provide all supplies and equipment needed for our residency projects, including: professional artist-educators, fine art materials, Apple laptops, digital drawing tablets, iPads, and all other supplies or equipment.In addition, we offer professional development, family engagement workshops, and student-based art installations.Contact us to bring the inspiration and creativity of Progressive Arts Alliance into your classrooms, library branches, and community centers!
