existing digital divide- with embedded gender and class divide.The Nigerian Bureau of Statistics (NBS) survey showed that over 95 percent of Nigerians lack access to a personal computer or internet. Access to personal computers is very low, with a national average total access of 4.5 per cent, while actual PC ownership stands at 0.9 per cent. In this regard, schools were shut down due to the lack of the necessary devices to facilitate online learning.It is against this backdrop that Project Adesso aims to address the quality of education, digital divide, promote inclusion and responsible consumption and production. Project Adesso has started a call to action, asking people to donate their old/used but functioning laptops, tablets, computers, printers, projectors and other digital devices.Vision: To improve equitable access to quality education, promote digital literacy for all and social inclusion.Mission: To minimize the digital divide and build skills for resilience and development through the provision of the necessary educational materials to young people from all social backgrounds.
