Project Hope4Humanity is a 501(c)3 that was founded in 2018 in Vancouver, Washington.Project Hope 4 Humanity not only provides but promotes and supports personal growth, dignity and self worth through an inclusive and encouraging system while creating, maintaining and increasing positive relations with its community.It is a core belief of this vision that people can learn to not only live a drug-free and crime-free life full of promise but that this can be maintained through a sense of self that is created by having a secure place of employment.Project Hope 4 Humanity instills a holistic approach to assist their employees to maintain their clean practices and employment status.Instead of focusing on one challenge at a time, we see a person as a whole rather then independent parts. We believe that when a person is able to heal themselves as a whole, they are able to connect and balance their mind, body and spirit.Maintenance and self-awareness is at the front end of Project Hope 4 Humanity by ensuring that each of our employees are well trained from day one and are consistently developing new skills, professionally and personally.Project Hope 4 Humanity places an imperative eye on work ethic, accountability, responsibility, integrity and respect – for self and your community.Due to the utilization of local resources and partnerships, Project Hope4Humanity is able to continuously grow and evolve. Two major partnerships are that of the NEXT Program and Kafiex Roasters.These partnership allow for young adults (16-24 years old) to have a chance to experience their first job through becoming a part of the Project Hope4Humanity community via Coffee 4 Humanity's coffee truck.
