Humsafar (We are together) is a initiative to break free from stigma associated with mental health problems through starting a conversation amongst economically and socially deprived children at schools in New Delhi, India.The name ‘Humsafar' is an Urdu word which literary means 'companion'. Through this project, we want people to realize that they are not alone in this journey of mental peace and stability. The only way to fight is to stand together holding each other with enough love and support.
