Project LIFT Behavioral Health Services, a supportive housing program for court involved males, ages 16-24, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation located in the historic Hough neighborhood of Cleveland, OH. Project LIFT is an emerging nonprofit and plans to begin servicing clients by October 1, 2016. The target population is African American males who primarily live in Cleveland, OH and are awaiting sentencing or release. While the program seeks to target the above demographic, we will extend services to court involved males within Cuyahoga, and surrounding counties, if they would benefit from the program services offered. Project LIFT's page will feature information related to the juvenile and adult criminal justice system, best practices, effective interventions, and community solutions to support successful reintegration. This page will provide updates regarding Project LIFT"s operations, fundraisers, and community engagement.
