Project Opticks is a non-profit firm that exists to shape urban hubs that are sustainable, functional, and wholistic by prioritizing community needs, leveraging entrepreneurial ingenuity, and eliminating blight. In doing so, Project Opticks addresses gaps. These are the unrecognized, underleveraged and underutilized opportunities, which are at the intersection of 3 critical components of communities: human capital, organizational capacity, and real estate. Our Optickal Equation sums the interdependency of 3 critical elements, which are typically explored individually, then applies a proprietary multiplier to produce an output that is uniquely optimal.
