In collaboration with Bairo Pite Clinic, we launched an initiative called Doorstep Treatment Support to transform the delivery of TB care in Timor-Leste. We train local healthcare workers to visit patients and their families at their homes as a way to see each patient's TB treatment to completion. It's a patient-centered program that aims to make TB care more flexible and responsive to the needs of each patient and to raise awareness and keep the communities safe from TB. Our mission is to effectively end the number of deaths and transmissions related to TB in Timor-Leste. The vision that drives us is quality healthcare for all.
