Migration is an expression of the human aspiration for dignity, safety, and a better future. It is part of the social fabric, part of our very make-up as a human family. However, because of the lockdown, migrant workers were further pushed into poverty, with no jobs and no source of income. Sahayaam ,which roughly translates to help in English, is an initiative to help restore the livelihoods of the distressed migrant workers affected due to Covid-19 and give them viable employment opportunities by bridging the demand and supply gap for migrant labourers. We aim to cushion the impact of the ongoing crisis and help improve their lives.
