The Project Short Street Campus, located in Downtown Kernersville, is a 9000 sq ft commercial kitchen, culinary incubator and food hall. Home to the Best of the Best of North Carolina chefs, ghost kitchens, food trucks, caterers, and local product developers, the Short Street Gastro Lab is Kernersville's Food Hall and gateway to Forsyth County for culinary entrepreneurs in the Heart of the Piedmont Triad. Our state-of-the art campus provides facility and utility to support the creativity of our food service startups. The Short Street Base Camp houses professionals in marketing, branding, finance, regulatory, event and product development by providing shared use office and collaboration space. Short Street To Success is a community sponsored non-profit incubator program that addresses the main barriers to success for emerging food and product development businesses: access, guidance, insight, & opportunity.Our mission is to help start-up food businesses grow into sustainable, cash-generating companies. Our program offers culinary entrepreneurs the opportunity to work alongside culinary professionals with established businesses, allowing them to set more realistic goals and perfect their operations.
