We are a nonprofit that is looking to lower the recidivism rate of those living in a domestic violence situation. By providing a space to start storing personal items needed for a transition out of the home and creating exit plans that create a solid foundation for a start without an abusive partner; we are creating a step that I (as someone who scrambled to leave a DV household) was not able to find.
