Proman Property Mangement Ltd was created following local demand for a single one-stop shop to support private landlords in realising their property investment returns. It became clear that there was a need for a property management company that was owned and run by tradesmen, tradesmen that can spot problems in the building fabric long before they become a serious financial burden. Our inspections do not just look at the painted finish of your investment, we conduct a 3 monthly damp and timber survey in addition to a monthly external inspection.When we complete refurbishment works for our Lanlords we do so knowing that we have a long-term involvment with the property and all works have a retention backed guarantee.
