I start each job completely unbiased, with a fresh approach and without a default concept or aim already in mind. I observe, sense, feel, smell – in short: I perceive and experience, whether an overall concept is coherent, whether I feel comfortable and whether my feelings are sending out thorough signals of bliss to me. As a woman with a distinct sense of style and a great affinity towards fashion and beautiful things, the shortcomings within the upper-class hotels have always caught my eye. Most of the time, they were small things, which could have been improved without great effort. But somehow, they were never noticed – or ignored over time. Today I proudly look back on twenty years of job experience as a marketing professional.
