ProMuovendo is an organization created by a group of professionals who have worked in Italy and abroad, engaging public and private entities, for the development of strategies and actions for the promotion and marketing of territories and local destinations. The intention is to combine a careful understanding of the Italian territories and local communities with actions aiming at the opening of these territories to the foreign tourism market.By means of consulting services and training proposal the company aims at:• Enhancing the resources of local communities: landscapes, history, culture, art & crafts, products, expressive traditions and folklore of different places• Supporting coordination and synergy actions among the actors of the places: public administrations, artisans and producers, accommodation managers , representatives of cultural associations, and all those who play a key role within the community.• Maintaining and enhancing the image and visibility of the area, both on the national and on the international level• Boosting tourism proposals and offers that the area shall implement so as to attract visitors from Italy and from abroad• Raising awareness and influencing cultural dimensions in order to create the conditions for the modernization of local tourism and cultural• Transforming the territory from location to destinationIn the belief that the actions of promotion and development should be accompanied and directed to specific marketing actions, proMuovdendo has closed partnerships with players in the tourism sector at the international level, from which it adopts know-how and specific working tools, such as training and project designing instruments.Members of the company have participated, in the past years, to several EU funded actions related to the topics of Education, Cross border cooperation, Tourism, Governance, Employment and Entrepreneurship.
