The areas we specialise in are Knightsbridge, Kensington, South Kensington, Chelsea, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Fulham, Barnes, Hammersmith and Chiswick. We also cover Putney, Mortlake, Richmond and Wimbledon. Our Country Home Search Department covers East Berkshire and West Surrey and the surrounding area.We are not Estate Agents. We offer a buying service for prime London Houses and Apartments, Country Houses, Equestrian Property, Farms and Estates. We are completely independent of any Estate or Letting Agent and only work for you, the buyer. Estate Agents are happy to do business with us as the seller pays them and only the purchaser pays us. Dealing with us costs them nothing and they know that any client of ours is serious; this is helpful to you. Our aim is to guide our clients to find and acquire the property, or home they require, be it a house, apartment, equestrian property, farm or estate. We try our utmost to minimise the frustrations that inevitably occur when searching for and acquiring a property, with our guidance we place our clients in an excellent position to purchase the best possible properties in the market and provide the buyer with peace of mind.We are full members of the Association of Relocation Professionals (ARP).Propertyscope is also able to introduce you to local surveyors, solicitors for conveyancing, solicitors who specialise in acting for foreign buyers etc., mortgage providers, interior designers and other property professionals to help you make your successful purchase.
