I create documents that tell YOUR story and HOW you solve problems, build teams, expand revenue, and get stuff done. 3. I coach you on how to get your name out there. I don't just draft a resume and send you on your way. I educate you and invest in you because what you do matters. 4. I check on you periodically. I know job searching is tough. I know project and contract work is often cyclical. I've walked the walk, and I care about your success. I often check in at two weeks, one month, and further to see if you need a morale boost or refocused strategy. Remember, what you do matters. You are important.
