Prospectif is the surprising result of a collaboration between Dutch producer Folkert Brands and Belgian singer-songwriter Elisabeth Daniel. After a successful experiment in 2017, they decided to combine their very diverse musical backgrounds in a new musical project. Their music, which can be described as ambient triphop, is an original mix, with Elisabeth Daniel's intense vocals. It is fresh, often dreamy, and at times "danceable". It is an atmospheric soundtrack for life because of its metaphorical lyrics.They write songs jamming to tracks Folkert creates and gives a title to, and then Elisabeth writes melody and lyrics. Think of a mix of Massive Attack, Moderat and Maribou Sate, with vocals reminiscent of London Grammar and Joy Williams.Bewerken
