Together with our regional partners, we endeavor to prepare our next generation of workforce and leaders to participate in the economic transformation of Appalachia.We partner with local, placed-based organizations and employer partners to provide a "no-wrong door" approach to ensure an ever increasing amount of youth and young adults persist from high school, to and through post-secondary or skilled trades training, and into sustainable employment.
