Our team realizes that a school district has an overwhelming full time responsibility to provide for the needs of the school day. The PROSPER team listens closely to district, parents, teachers and student needs. Then, designs a custom program that emphasizes math, reading and homework completion, all taught in a nurturing environment by certified teachers. Parents prefer academic enrichment programs offered at their child's local school as opposed to a typical day care environment off site.PROSPER program design provides clear paths to improved student achievement by maximizing time on task in core subjects as well as strengthening the connection between school, students, parents, and the community. At the same time, after school services allow customization in learning and flexibility in educational approaches that cannot occur during the school day. The net result is an environment that encourages differentiated learning for students.PROSPER only uses excellent teachers from the district thus providing the opportunity to earn extra money during the school year while maintaining affiliation to the mission of the school.
