Construction/Agriculture - Hampstead, MD, US
Since its inception in 2006, ProTAB, Inc. quickly earned the respect of mechanical contractors, engineers, building owners and others associated with the HVAC industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. ProTAB, Inc. became a certified member of the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC) on December 1, 2009. A majority of our technicians are AABC certified, and our President, Brian Corcoran, is an AABC Certified Test and Balance Engineer. ProTAB, Inc. works closely with design engineers, architects, construction managers, mechanical contractors and commissioning agents to deliver properly functioning HVAC systems in a timely manner. ProTAB, Inc. has been involved in projects at all levels, including new construction, renovations, and existing building TAB. We work directly for building owners and facility management companies to survey existing building HVAC & Mechanical Systems to determine deficiencies and possible areas of improvement. On new construction and renovation projects, we initially review the construction documents and projected scope of work to help avoid any possible design or potential efficiency concerns, as well as to avoid any possible scheduling issues. This up-front review assists in the Testing and Balancing (TAB) phase of a project by providing a more efficient TAB process and addressing any possible issues in advance. Once the TAB phase has begun, we work closely with the onsite contractors to ensure a smooth and timely project completion.
