As a result, each project that PBSS completes effectively reduces risk of injury or death due to falls and creates a safer working environment for anyone accessing these locations with the proper training. Since 1994 PBSS (formally Clearview Anchor Systems) has completed hundreds of projects in several industries all over Atlantic Canada. PBSS incorporated in 2006 and has grown moderately since. In 2010 PBSS modified its strategy by placing more focus on the construction industry whilst continuing to support the property management industry. The company established a COR safety program and become members of various construction organizations. In 2011 Justin Connor was appointed President of PBSS. In 2012 PBSS rebranded to position itself as the number one Engineered Fall Protection solutions provider in Atlantic Canada.
