Protodigm is the partner for alternative development and commercial solutions for the Biopharma industry, helping our clients to more effectively deliver innovative treatments to patients.Born out of the experience at sister company IDEA Pharma, which specialises in developing positioning and path to market strategies for the Biopharma industry, Protodigm is being formed to address an upstream roadblock in the innovation funnel – evidence generation. Too often in [drug] development, early decision- making is driven by preconceived assumptions of what an asset should be, rather than the evidence itself, which can result in rising opportunity costs and inefficient allocation of limited R&D resource.1 - OptionsWe bring a learning mindset to the process of asset prioritisation and development. 2 - EvidenceWe believe that by providing the relevant evidence in response to an individualised suite of development options / questions, which have been generated in the context of the client and the asset, we can combat the progression-seeking biases and rational optimism in drug R&D.3 - Decisions We want to empower more efficient, effective decision-making in drug development.
