Protus Prime Property Group, a recently established Property Funds Management business, is a joint venture between Protus Property and Prime Financial Group ("Prime"). Prime is a wealth management business listed on the ASX with over $1billion in funds under management (ASX code PFG). The objective of Protus Prime is to provide property investment solutions for retail, wholesale and institutional investors through the creation of unlisted property investment vehicles, including joint ventures and funds.The business will also enable existing and future clients of Prime to gain access to property investment funds and asset / funds management services as part of Prime's overall direct Wealth Management offering for clients. Protus Prime aims to offer clients access to direct property investment and provide diversification benefits through the creation of various sector specific property vehicles, which offer transparency and deliver attractive risk adjusted returns for its clients.
