Providence Engineering Consultants (PEC) was founded in the Lowcountry of South Carolina in 2020. Our founders had a vision of bringing passion to our profession, truly weaving our integrity and values into the foundation of every project, every relationship, every client. Through our Program Management, Project Management, Marketing & PR, as well as Construction Engineering & Inspection service lines, we are able to breathe life into the communities that we also call home. Our relationships and client services are unparalleled – a truly collaborative effort that celebrates success, together. PEC is headquartered in the Charleston area of South Carolina where the breadth of our team's experience began. We strive to serve our clients, both public and private, with wide-ranging expertise and empowered decision-making that allows us to be a true extension of staff. PEC is woman-owned and has applied for DBE and M/WBE certifications aiming to further assist our clients in utilizing minority firms to meet overall DBE goals.
