They knew that big companies charge around $19-$30/hr with free access to their "state of the art" real-time reporting and their "world first-ever" Great CRM tool. This really triggered these two geniuses to launch the company called, ProVirtuS. ProVirtuS stands for Professional Virtual Services and with a promise "Making You Ahead of Time". Started only with just 2 clients from the US and with only 4 employees (the 2 founders, 2 virtual agents, and the wizard-like tech Andy) the team was able to deliver successful results. From there, and through client referrals, ProVirtuS started to grow.
