We started a family owned business as "Amoui Tools Co." with sharpening shop in year 1941 located in Darvazeh-Shemiran Tehran/IRAN focused on woodworking tools. In year 1970 as business developed with joining second generation, we started to sell woodworking tools as agent of Nordic and Edesso companies. In year 1983 we stopped the sharpening shop and with agreement with Leitz GmbH we completely focused on selling complete range of Leitz woodworking tools as their sole agency in IRAN.As the market was growing, we decided to offer wider range of products with establishing our new company "SHERKATE TOLIDI ALMAS SANATI PARS" in year 2004. Good connection with saw sharpening shops lead us to sell first Vollmer CNC circular sawblade machine in this year.Since then we are working as dealer of Vollmer Gmbh and official partnership agreement was signed in year 2016. In that year we start business with HOKUBEMA GmbH (producer of woodworking machinery from Germany), Wintersteiger AG (producer of woodworking machinery from Austria), PIZZI and QuickWood (producer of woodworking equipment from Italy).Beside that we started again our own service shop in year 2011, in order to offer complete after sales service for sold tools and we are capable to resharp all woodworking tools including circular sawblades, band saw, profile knives and cutterheads.
