Phil Nicholls, the founder of Psydev Ltd, decided to close the company and move to pastures new at the end of July 2015. Psydev's products have been acquired by Knowledge Integration Ltd (K-Int). Adam Fredericks, Software Developer at Psydev since 2007, has also joined K-Int. K-Int already had close links with Psydev and the Directors and staff are looking forward to continuing to support and develop Psydev's products whilst wishing Phil well in his new role. see www.psydev.com and www.k-int.com
