Information Services International-Dentsu, Ltd. (ISID) was established in 1975 as the first private computer time-sharing service (TSS) provider in Japan, a joint venture between Dentsu Inc., the world's largest independent advertising firm in terms of revenues, and General Electric Company (GE), one of the leading blue-chip companies in the United States. In this era before personal computers or the Internet, the aim of the project was to utilize GE's massive computer center over international networks to provide Japanese companies with innovative services. Our corporate group has overseas operations in three continents in four different regions (Unites States, Europe, China and South East Asia) allowing us to provide information technology solutions tailored to the different legal regulations and business customs of each regions with Japan-quality services and local support capabilities.Furthermore, through our ties with the Dentsu overseas network, ISI-Dentsu provides information technology solutions such as digital marketing and Customer Relations Management ("CRM") that take advantage of aggregate capabilities of Dentsu Group. In 2013, as a part of ISI-Dentsu global network's effort in providing Indonesia's growing markets to support their information technology implementations, We established PT. ISID Indonesia.
