About our company:We are committed to only serving the best green coffee crop from all around the Indonesian archipelago through cooperating with farmer groups from Sumatra to Papua we are also registered as an exporter of Green Coffee by the International Coffee Organization.Our Coffees:We provide Speciality Arabica and Robusta Coffee from Gayo, Flores Bajawa, Temanggung, Puntang, Banyuwangi, Bali, and Papua. Each of our coffee regions each have a story behind them, whether they are the farmers who work the land so that we can enjoy that cup of coffee or the land itself, with different characteristics and altitudes.Luwak Coffee:Luwak Coffee is coffee that is fermented by the guts of the civet cat. Coffee cherries are eaten by these civets and as they are past through the stomach, bacteria in their guts ferment the coffee beans which are then defecated. this sparks controversy as some of these animals are caged and force fed coffee cherries, we avoid this method not only due to animal cruelty but also to enhance the flavor of our Luwak coffee as stress to these animals affects the coffee's taste significantly. Wild Civets are also free to choose the best coffee cherries resulting in only the best coffee fermented.Our farm is located beside a forest where the civet cats live thus we are able to harvest their feaces without caging them. Our Luwak coffee is also certified Wild the the Gayo Coffee Protection Society.Our Research and Development:We also process some of our green beans using unique and novel fermentation methods to promote innovation and enhance the flavors that are already present within each coffee bean.
