PT. Ogawa Triguna formerly has two different business natures: Gondola (focus on Maintenance Service, Service and Spare Parts as well as Fabrication and Sales) and PJ-K3 (Work Safety and Health focus in Inspection, Training, and Certification) (in Indonesian: Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja). However, regarding to business expansion implementation, the whole board of directors and share holders decided to break down these two industries into two different company. Therefore, PT. Fukuda Triguna was established in January 10th 2010 and holds Gondola industry including the each and every gondola business deals formerly undernamed on PT. Ogawa Triguna. PT. Ogawa Triguna itself currently only focusing on PJ-K3 industry while there is no any management and personals change among these two company.
