Based in Sukabumi, WYN is a Real Estate Company which engaged in the all Construction Sectors which includes Property Consultants, Contractors, Interior Production and Construction Rehabilitation. WYN was first founded by Ir. Willy Setiawan in 2003. He graduated with an Architectural degree from one the best Architecture Universities in Indonesia, the Parahyangan Catholic University in Bandung. Along with his classmates, He founded Sumber Milik Studio, which has grown exponentially to become PT. WYN KARYA PERKASA. Through perseverance, hard work and creativity, WYN has been well recognized in the Sukabumi City and all other city areas such as Bogor, Subang, Karawang, Tangerang and Greater Jakarta area. Speaking from more than 15 years of experience, WYN is a company with high integrity and always can deliver many products with long durability. Until now, WYN's projects have already included Residential, Commercial, Public facilities, Industrial Factory, Infrastructure Projects and Interior Production.
