For almost 10 years now, PTR Properties has already proved its claim to be a preferred developer through the existence of different condominium projects in Pasig City such as; Grand 21 Place Condominium (2006), The Fifth at San Rafael (2008), One Capitol Condominium (2011) and Two Seven Residences (2012). By the year 2012, the company has started to build its legacy in Lipa City through its first subdivision project Amiya Rosa Lipa, a project that is truly a first class that lasts.
