Using PTX Tactical's digital library of high-resolution optically scanned firearms and accessories, customers can "click and create" their own custom foam insert to obtain a precision fit for their weapon. If a firearm or accessory has not been scanned, our proprietary grid-sheet allows anyone to take an image of their product with their camera or smartphone, send it to us, and our software creates an exact contour of the firearm for use in foam inserts for any gun case or safe. Our CNC mills cut to within 1/100th of a millimeter, and our laser engraving technology can add your name, logo, ID number, military branch, or any other information you'd like for a superior fit and finish.
