PAMDI is unique in the world. It is non-profit organization that established to create bridges among public officials at the Federal, State, and Local government levels with an eye for the future. PAMDI works with individuals and organizations that generously share their ideas at Federal, State and Local Government levels through conferences, workshops as well as through books, scholarly articles, and magazines etc.The Public Administration and Management Development Institute is registered with the CAC Nigeria under the CAMA 1990 and other relevant government agencies, as a private company limited by guarantee.Organisations within the Public Sector are not exempted from the constant and continuous changes (i.e. Dynamism) in the environment and the economy both locally and globally. This is increasingly making them subject to unforeseen irregularities. To address the complications inherent in this anomalous situation and be pro-active to contemporal global evolutions (i.e. challenges).
