Public Health Informatics Consultants, (PHICON) is the health informatics subsidiary of Mc'Lonie Networks, Inc., a Georgia and Pennsylvania Healthcare Corporation. PHICON conducts research in new and emerging ways to store and retrieve Electronic Health Records through interoperable web based technologies. PHICON research findings are demonstrated in new and emerging applications that can be accessed via its website at www.phicon.org/aboutus.htm. PHICON also consults and helps to implement existing healthcare technologies.Our technical expertise include improving the efficiency and affordability of healthcare systems in the United States which is exemplified by the following products:* Free HL7 interoperable Integrated Electronic Medical Record, Practice Management and Billing Systems for Ambulatory clinics or health centers. * Provision of a free Personal Health Record service for residents of the United States who meet certain income guidelines.
