We specialize in the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical and life safety design of commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. Our services include studies in the conceptual stage, preliminary design, final design and working drawings ready for permit. We also furnish specifications and general on-site observation of work throughout the construction phase. Our emphasis is placed on value engineering, which gives the client the best product versus cost. The firm is integrated with CAD systems design and with web based communication tools.We have grown steadily in the magnitude of projects designed.
