PullRequest is the Beninese community that brings together influential and creative Tech Leaders, who have carried out ambitious projects and while managing multidisciplinary teams.We would like to answer the following questions: - How to enable Tech Leaders to take the full part they deserve in the development of Africa, - How to help them evolve, - How to help them to scale their companies or their departments?The CTOs, VP engineering, Head of Engineering, R&D Director ... are the actors of this initiative.The main objective is to bring together, connect, and promote Tech Leaders to enable them to grow and help the members of their teams grow, while preparing the next generation through coaching,mentoring, training and publications.
