Our collective experience spans over 40 years and we are all accredited ILM trainers In partnership with our sister company Workforce Solutions NW Ltd, we are one of the most highly respected Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) centres in the NW, in terms of the quality, effectiveness and overall success of our programmes. We also pride ourselves on our competitive value for money. We provide cost effective, customised support for individual and business development. We have a flexible customer focused approach and offer innovative tailored workshops, coaching, action learning, nationally accredited programmes as well as advice for quality standards such as Investors in People. We deliver all core leadership skills and have a reputation for utilising the latest thinking in our approach. We are able to offer programmes at ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading right through to ILM Level 7 Strategic Leadership. We work with both private and public sector e.g. we're in our second year of delivering level 2,3,5 & 7 programmes for a cluster of Bolton secondary schools.
