We specialise in hand-crafting small batches of eclectic and flavoursome beers, using traditional recipes which we then give our own interpretation. Our brewing philosophy is all about flavour, small batch, variety and locally produced. We aim to produce a different beer each time we brew, so as to give our customers an ever changing selection.Many of our beers are dry-hopped creating especially flavoursome and aromatic brews. All of our beers are unfined and unfiltered - some having a natural haze created by the hop particles which carry all the lovely flavours and aromas. All are vegetarian and vegan-friendly.At the brewery we have created a modern, industrial-style taproom where you can drink our beers fresh and chilled. Here you can also enjoy a selection of other carefully chosen crafted drinks, including locally made gins and award winning ciders. We also showcase other craft-keg beers and are keen supporters of other local breweries.We are passionate about artisan food and drink and have partnered with quality street food businesses who pop-up each weekend. We are also supporting local musicians who play for our customers.We are family and dog friendly.
