Welcome to Purple Sprout Conscious Organics, a 100% organic and plant-based meal plan delivery service, a virtual/"cloud" cafe, holistic health consulting services, and an online health store. We are a family with two wonderful boys, and a strong passion for healthy food and natural living. Our food, made from scratch, is designed to create balance between body, mind and spirit, self and nature. Our dishes are guided by a fusion of macrobiotic, ayurvedic and raw food principles, using local ingredients as much as possible. Our community oriented virtual hub hosts community cooking classes, workshops, and healthy living lectures in addition to meal planning and nutritional/Ayurvedic consultations.
