Purpose Care Services is a provision founded by Doreen Miller a qualified social work manager that has worked in a number of local authorities in London and the South East. Doreen Miller has managed Access to Resources, adoption and fostering services. Doreen has also been a fostering and adoption panel advisor and a residential worker. The head office is in Birmingham West Midlands. Purpose Care developed a fostering agency and is based in Mitcham South London.Purpose Care Services has been used by a number of local authorities in London, the Midlands and the South of England. Founded in 2012, initially as a semi -independent unit, we have expanded to successful units in the Midlands and a fostering agency.
